Three Executive Homes on Straven Road

Two storey houses on Straven Road, Fendalton Christchurch. TC3 ground conditions proved challenging for foundation solutions but working closely with Geotechnical Peers a cost effective solution was achieved. Internal open spaces provided additional challenges – with extensive experience with high-end housing, the challenge was accepted.
